My Journey
As an immigrant from Poland, she faced the complexities of navigating a new land while dealing with a life-altering autoimmune condition. But Marta is no stranger to determination and resilience.
Amidst her journey, Marta encountered personal challenges, forging a deep connection with her own health and well-being. She chose a path of holistic living and fitness, discovering her life’s purpose along the way.
Marta’s approach goes beyond Health Coaching and Breathwork; she values the importance of recognizing cultural differences and individualized care in addressing health challenges.

I grew up in Poland, where challenging circumstances at home taught me to be independent and inspired a natural passion for helping others. As a young adult, I felt directionless and even earning a master’s degree in business management still left me feeling uncertain about my career and personal life.

At only 20, I lost my father under tragic circumstances and I became severely depressed and lost almost 35 pounds. At this point, I decided to make a significant change in my life. In pursuit of new opportunities, a chance to explore different cultures, and discover my true self, I made the bold decision to move to the United States at the age of 25.

In 2016, I received a life-altering diagnosis of precancer, followed by another blow in 2018 when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease. These health challenges took a heavy toll on both my physical and mental well-being. I found myself trapped in a cycle of unprocessed emotions and a constant sense of insecurity.

During this tumultuous period, I also went through a painful breakup which triggered another episode of severe depression. It was a truly dark and challenging time in my life as I battled extreme depression, anxiety, and even struggled to find peace within myself.

But within this darkness, I discovered an unwavering determination and resilience. I knew I had to make a change, not just for myself, but to pave the way for a better and brighter future. I embarked on a healing journey that encompassed therapy, meditation, medication, exercise, and dietary adjustments. It was during this transformative period that I stumbled upon Breathwork and Health Coaching. These practices fundamentally changed me. Breathwork became a powerful tool in helping me confront my trauma, reconnect with my mind, body, and soul, and effectively manage the stress and anxiety that had plagued me for so long. Perhaps, it also played a significant role in keeping my Hashimoto’s disease in remission.

Today, I am on a mission to share the incredible potential of breath and holistic health with as many women as possible. I believe that the power of our breath can unlock a path to healing and well-being. Through my journey, I’ve learned that even in the darkest moments, there’s a chance for transformation and a brighter, happier, and healthier life.
